Job description

The selected candidate will support the Administration and Finance team, ensuring correct recording of operations, document control, and compliance with fiscal and financial obligations, contributing to the efficiency of the department.

Responsabilities

  • Process invoices and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage team travel expenses (reporting).
  • Organize meetings, seminars, and team events.
  • Collect, maintain, and organize administrative and technical documentation.
  • Internal office management (meeting rooms, supplies, purchases, etc.).
  • Handle communications and organize logistical tasks.
  • Provide administrative support for ISO procedure management.

Requirements

  • CFGS in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (A3ERP).

Languages

  • Fluency in Catalan and advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
